Why do people choose Competitive Outcomes
THE BEST TRAINERS
All of our primary training staff members are professional Honor Guard trainers who have worked with units at the highest levels of government. Our real world experience and credibility is second to none.
Our unique training systems and methods have taken new units to nationally televised events & kept elite units razor sharp.
Each training mission is uniquely tailored to our clients - of all ability levels, turning your weaknesses into strengths while expanding your knowledge and techniques while insuring everyone learns every position.
VIDEOS FOR CONTINUITY
We allow for video recording of some of our training methods and techniques so that your team can continue to grow and thrive!
FOLLOW ON SUPPORT
Our success and reputation as a company is based upon your success. We are firmly invested in you. Additional support via phone or email is offered for free, any time after training.
Simply put, this is professional training designed to standardize your unit so that everyone is on the same page and thoroughly knows every position, to include calling commands. This isn't bootcamp but it is hands-on no-nonsense training for all levels to include those with no marching background what so ever.
There are LOTS of right ways to conduct Honor Guard missions, our goal is to show your unit what works and why, given limited practice times and training constraints typical of all Honor Guard units.
Line of Duty Death
While much of our training tries to highlight the Honor Guard being the face of the Department during public events, training in funeral procedures and protocols is still of the utmost importance.
We want to set you up with the knowledge and adaptable skills to not only facilitate a LODD funeral for your own department, but be able to assist others a well.
After years of working with local, state, and federal agencies, we have developed and written the protocol for adding K9s into all Honor Guard mission aspects.
Our goal is to incorporate as many officers into the Honor Guard as possible.
Certificates of Training
Recognition for participants with Professional Development / Continuing Education Credit
Included with all of our Honor Guard trainings are a certificate of excellence plaque complete with a hand pressed wax seal for the department/agency, signed certificate of training for each participant, with Professional Development Hours / Continuing Education Credit for the training - 24 hours for a 3-day training mission.
