Leadership FTX is our premiere leadership training camp that your team, unit, or group can attend. The curriculum is based upon evolving real world situations, case studies, and U.S. Armed Forces training.
This typically 2-7 day course is designed to be both physically and mentally demanding on the participants – leaders are not born, they are forged.

Color Guard
At drill competitions, color guard plays a huge mathematical role in how your team fairs overall - percentage of team score all on the shoulders of 4 people.
We with this event as make or break and bring the training accordingly. You will get tips and tricks for case/uncase and making 4 people look identical, not just similar!
Regulation
We teach regulation drill in accordance with the correct drill manual for your team along will all the tricks for alignment, rifle angles, cover, and more that we have developed after years of working with National Champions in order to make your unit look sharp and maximize their scoresheets!
Inspection
This event demonstrates it's not what you say, its how you say it & its not how you wear your uniform, its how you got it to the competition.
How your team performs here affects everything, so we use it as a building block for training!

Physical Fitness
While we incorporate varsity level warm ups and work outs into all of our training missions, some teams need a little more for specific competition events. We give your team the tools and the workouts to grow stronger, the right way.
